General conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company INNER LIGHT SAS with a share capital of 1000 € whose registered office is located in Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 919768341 00019 hereinafter called “INNER LIGHT” and managing the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr referred to below as “the buyer”.

 

 

Article 1. Purpose

 

These Terms of Sale are intended to define the contractual relations between INNER LIGHT SAS and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale of which the buyer acknowledges having taken knowledge prior to his order. Prior to any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the website INNER LIGHT www.innerlight.fr is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand have full legal capacity, enabling it to engage under these general conditions of sale.

INNER LIGHT SAS retains the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

 

 

Article 2. Products

 

The products offered are those listed on the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr of the company INNER LIGHT SAS within the limits of the available stocks. INNER LIGHT SAS reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr is intended for all buyers resident in countries that fully allow the entry of these products into their territory.Article 3. Tarifs

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalogue are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (including taxes) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. INNER LIGHT SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, charged in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to 1000 euros including taxes, the shipping costs are offered; for any order less than 1000 euros including taxes, a package of participation in the shipping costs will be charged to the buyer in the amount of 19 euros including taxes.

 

 

Article 4. Order and payment terms

 

Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr. The account creation topic is directly accessible from the sidebar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information. INNER LIGHT SAS offers the buyer to order and pay its products in several stages, with 3 payment options to choose from:

 

Payment by bank transfer:

the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or fills in a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by transfer». Finally, the last step offers him to check all the information, to read and accept the present general conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then to invite him to validate his order by clicking on the button «Confirm my order».

This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives a purchase order confirming the registration of his order. In order to finalize the payment and trigger the processing of the order, the buyer must contact his bank in order to make the transfer corresponding to the amount of his order to the bank account of INNER LIGHT SAS, whose details are communicated to the buyer. Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by e-mail. The company INNER LIGHT SAS will ship the products no sooner than 2 business days after receipt of the transfer corresponding to the order, subject to provisions.

 

Secure payment by Paypal or credit card (via the PAYPAL system):

the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “shopping cart”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or fills in a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by Paypal». The next step is to check all the information, read and accept the present general conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invite him to validate his order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface in order to securely enter his Paypal account or personal credit card references. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account or credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of this card, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the card payment, the sums paid will then be recreated or returned. The liability of the holder of a bank card is not incurred if the contested payment was fraudulently made, remotely, without physical use of his card. To obtain the refund of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have caused, the cardholder must contest, in writing, the debit with his bank, within 70 days after the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract linking it to it provides for it. The amounts deducted are refunded by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written dispute filed by the unitholder. No cost of restitution of sums may be charged to the holder.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to avail of its own conditions of purchase. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will be used as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an e-mail address and has filled it in on his order form, the company INNER LIGHT SAS will send him by e-mail the confirmation of the registration of his order.

Article 5. Retention of title

 

INNER LIGHT SAS retains full ownership of the products sold until the perfect collection of the price, in principal, including fees and taxes.

 

 

Article 6. Withdrawal

 

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus make return of the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the costs of return.

 

 

Article 7. Delivery

 

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. Delivery times are given only as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. INNER LIGHT SAS will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his dummy. In the event of the buyer’s absence, he will receive a notice of passage from his letter carrier, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. Transport-related risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of INNER LIGHT SAS. The buyer is obliged to check in the presence of the clerk of La Poste or the deliveryman, the state of the packaging of the goods and its contents at delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

 

 

Article 8. Guarantee

 

All products supplied by INNER LIGHT SAS benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company INNER LIGHT SAS which will take it back, and exchange or repair it. All claims, requests for exchange or repair must be made by post to the following address: INNER LIGHT SAS, 21 cité Leclaire 75020 Paris or via the form on the contact page, within 24 months of delivery.

 

 

Article 9. Liability

 

The company INNER LIGHT SAS , in the process of selling remotely, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other unintended problems.

 

 

Article 10. Intellectual property

 

All elements of the INNER LIGHT website www.innerlight.fr are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of INNER LIGHT SAS. No one is authorized to reproduce, use, or use for any reason, even partially, elements of the site in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

 

 

Article 11. Personal data

 

INNER LIGHT SAS is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning him is subject to the provisions of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. As such, the user has the right to access, modify and delete information about him. Article 12. Settlement of disputes

 

These remote sales conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or disputes, the competent Tribunal shall be that of Paris
