Refunds and returns policy

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery date to contact us to obtain a full refund (shipping fees included), even if you used it.

 

For this, nothing simpler, just contact us via the page “Contact Us“.

 

Only conditions, the lamp, the accessories (power supply, cables etc.), the carrying case and the instructions must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

 

We support returns within a maximum of 14 days after delivery.

EU area

 

We cover the return costs within a maximum of 14 days after delivery.

We also refund the INNER LIGHT feet and their shipping costs within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the feet, their packaging and instructions are returned in perfect condition.

 

No refund or exchange will be granted if:

-Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
– Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

 

Outside EU area

 

The costs of returning the lamp and feet are the responsibility of the customer (shipping fees included).

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail indicating that we have received the returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Only items at regular prices are refundable. Unfortunately, items on sale or on sale are not.

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace original defective or damaged items.
